Worst decision ever to invest with Sanlam

Sanlam is so quick to sign you up, but when you want to cancel your policy, they have a thousand reasons to delay the process and continue to deduct debit orders, months after I have tried numerous times to cancel!! It is some THE WORST SERVICE DELIVERY I have experienced!! I have phoned them twice with promises being made to cancel my policy, but all in vain, I have emailed them again and again and have heard nothing from them. Save yourself the money and frustration and invest with someone else.
