worst company to insure your loved one with.No empathy.

I hate this company with my whole heart all they do is to add stress while you are grieving I have to beg them to communicate with me I lost my husband 2021-09-04 i only received a response from them now in 2025 to tell me the claim was unsuccessful .I have been in communication with the lady named Goitseone Letebele.I have been begging this lady to write a decline letter so that i can take this matter further and this will be the second week that i will be waiting for her to email me a decline letter. I will never recommend this company to anyone .It took them 3 days to call me back to tell me that the claim was unsuccessful but it takes them more than 7 days to type a decline letter ?A decline letter should have been written before the call was made.
