Worst company ever - Don't trust them with your money!!!
Worst company ever!!!. The lies are just appalling. I submitted a death claim last year and they told me claims are paid after a year. They keep on asking me to send the same documents everytime I ask for updates and now I've been told by Obakeng one of their *********** staff at sanlam corporate that my claim can only be paid after 3 years

01 Apr 2025, 22:53I conducted my own investigations and found out that the money is no longer there - it has mysteriously disappeared hence the back and forth. They are hoping that I'll go away. But I'll be taking this up with my lawyers and further compensation will be demanded from them for the stress caused.
It's been a year since I claimed and I keep on being **** to everytime I engage with them. At first they told me they don't have such a policy with Me afterwhile they said yes they have it but it was moved to Liberty, after they said that they have the policy but it has lapsed and then it hasn't lapsed but I can only get it after a year and now it's three years.
What a complete joke of a company!!!
They keep on telling me about policies that don't make sense and they can't even provide me with the said policies
