Worst company and Staff - SANLAM

Never apply for a loan through Sanlam. False advertising. I app**** on the 06th January 2025 sent all documents no feedback not even pre approved or declined. No communication. I called everyday to find out what was happened spoke to various different people Candira, Tamsyn and lastly a very rude Jessica. Everytime I called I was promised each day that Someone will call me back and that it is with the underwriters. I gave them till 13th January 2025 morning to give me feedback. I had to call again because no feedback. Today Jessica picked up and said they are backlogged and All i can sit and do is wait. When I told her then I would rather like to cancel it she rep**** ok no problem then bye. Then when I told her she is being she then rep**** I am listening. Worst experience with Sanlam. Never again!!!!!
