Worse service ever
Worse place ever do any long term business ever !!!!Sanlam does not even deserve one star I submitted a claim she has a easy retirement plan for my mother on the 8 August till today she has not recieved her pay out we have submitted everything that was required for the claim but we did not recieve any form of response my mother was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer stage 4 she needs to be happy and comfortable instead she stressing worried about her policies lapsing .we have sent emails , WhatsApp ,called, went into the branch till today no pay out

12 Oct 2024, 06:50Sanlam just wants to be in the good eyes of the public !!!!very disgusting promising customers that feedback will be provided privately whereas no one has even bothered to contact us we are drowning in loans rates are behind while Sanlam has the money playing hide and seek I am now prepared to go to the media about this because this is madness .I work for a company in the same industry we resolve queries like these within 24-48 hours after acknowledging the complaints and I think you guys just dont care what the customers say or are going through nor the name of the business whereas the money is within your business
