Worse company to invest your retirement funds in

It's been 9 years of trying to close my Mother's Estate. To date Sanlam is going pillar to post to withdraw two policies my mother had with them. Her Retirement & Pension Funds.

The way the managers are forever in a meeting is beyond me. No one wants to talk to customers but they expect me to be patient and wait 9 years for an assessor to call me. I guess they are waiting for me to also die so they can cash in!!
