World Class Service received

I had the pleasure of dealing with Charity to obtain a RA from Sanlam. Words cannot describe how awesome this lady is. From start to end she always kept me up to date as what is happening and how things work. Once the paper work was signed she did not disappear. That seems to be the norm when sales agents have the deal you never hear from them again. Not Charity. She followed up all the time. She checked if I received my policy documents, she checked if I understood them, she checked if there is anything else I needed, she called me when discovery accessed my account to check what policies I have with you guys. If it is possible I would move my RA and education savings from Old Mutual to Sanlam Just so that Charity would be my account exec.<br> Never have I ever received such excellent service.
