WITHHOLDING MY REFUND - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have settled and closed my loan account completely. Despite providing all required documents — including the contract confirming this was a consolidation loan — my refund is still being unfairly withheld.

Your consultants keep giving me the same excuse: “the contract can be revoked” — yet the funds were disbursed, you received the settlement, and the loan is closed! You had no problem calling my employer to verify my employment when I app****. Why can’t you now call to verify the loan if you’re so unsure?

The constant delays, excuses, and complete lack of urgency show how little you value your customers once you’ve been paid. This process is causing unnecessary stress and frustration. I demand my refund to be processed immediately. Enough is enough.
