Withholding my refund after settling my loan!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My loan is fully paid and settled, yet I’m being given the runaround for a refund that is rightfully due to me.

The excuse that “funds can be reversed” is unacceptable and makes no sense. Why must I chase after a company for my own money? This shows a complete lack of customer focus and efficiency.

To make matters worse, no one can even give me a straight answer about the amount due to me. This is beyond frustrating – it feels like the process is being made deliberately difficult just to discourage people from closing off their loans.
