withholding my money

Sanlam employee benefits doesn’t want to transfer my funds. I have trying to get my funds since January 2021. it is now September 2021. every week Im told a different story. I was told my fund would be paid by 8th of September. today when i’m trying to confirm why payment is not i’m told they need to confirm my naming details with my former employer. an employer i left 10 months ago. all this despite them asking me for my banking details.

I would not recommend this employee benefits to anyone.

these are delay tactics. it can’t take 9 months to release funds.
