Withholding money

Tried to get my money paid out, was told to wait 3 weeks, after numerous mails I was told they had to wait for some market fund to get figures. Now I get told there is an issue with a tax directive which is impossible as I provided a compliance pin from sars to Sanlam. Just a lot of excuses so that they can hang onto my money forever. Worst decision I ever made was to get involved with this lot, shocking service and they have this couldn't care less attitude too
