WITHDRAWALS - PAYOUTS TAKE TOO LONG
TURNAROUND TIME FOR WITHDRAWALS ARE TERRIBLE. SUBMITTED A CLAIM ON 28 APRIL, WAS TOLD IT TAKE 10 WORKING DAYS, WE ARE ON DAY 6 AND WAS JUST TOLD IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO PAY OUT FROM TODAY. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG, SARS TAX DIRECTIVE HAS BEEN ISSUED, IT IS NOW IN FOR FINAL APPROVAL ONLY? WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THIS? HOW CAN THIS PROCESS BE FAST TRACKED.

I need to know why it takes so long? and why does the time frame change, this is not the first claim that we are waiting on payment for. they say ten days, but then it takes 3-4 weeks. Surely this is unacceptable? Is Sanlam trying to make interest of their clients money?

Good day,

06 May 2022, 12:23and its business days, this just seems a bit excessive, and if the funds have been released, which they have, why must it wait for further approval from a supervisor which takes 48hrs, then go to financial department for a further 48 hrs, come on work faster. Why is the process so slow?????
