Will not pay POLICYHOLDER on matured policy

I have a Sanlam policy in my name that has matured and I want to be paid out - I am the policy holder. The policy payer was my father. I completed the maturity claim form which requires all the POLICY HOLDER information but they refuse to pay saying they will only pay the policy payer! I have emailed numerous times and phoned and no one will assist. I held on to speak to a manager for 32 minutes and eventually gave up…. While Sanlam enjoy holding onto my money
