Widrawal from Sanlam pending since last year.

I have very bad experience with Sanlam, on my retirement investment. I have a widrawal pending since last year. When I call them they are sending me from one person to another. It has not been actioned and there is no explanation as to why it has not been actioned. I am warning people not to invest with this company as they do not want to pay back whats due to you.
