Why you refusing to procces my claim
Terrible service, I submitted the claim on the 21/12. till today it hasn't been processed, the Funeral was supposed to be last week Thursday. I just spoke to Cicilia from Mpulukwane who said she don't know when it will be processed, and no one can tell me. Am beyond disappointed. The Funeral must be held in Eastern cape and there are reliaing on this money.
