Who's Lulama?!

Sanlam! You guys hiring people that don't speak English to contact your clients?

Lulama called me from *** and insisted on speaking to me in isiZulu. When I asked her to speak Setswana because I couldn't understand her, she said she can't.

I asked for English and she basically stuttered through a sentence saying Sanlam "sent" her to check if I received my letter. When I asked what letter, she clicked her tongue at me and hung up the phone.

Lose my number! I don't even have any products with you! NX!
