WHO IS MY FINANCIAL ADVISOR?????? And why can’t I cancel my policies?

First of all, the turn around time is terrible! Why must I wait so long to cancel a policy. Then I receive a reply to say my policy cannot be cancelled as a financial adviser must speak to me. Guys, I have not spoken to a Sanlam advisor in a very very long time! At this point I just want all my policies with Sanlam to be cancelled. I also do not know who is my advisor so is someone earning fees from my debit order?
