Who gave you the right to debit my account on the 18th & 19th

I just want to know who the hell gave you the right to debit my account on 18th and again on the 19th. We have the agreement which say debit my account on the 22nd of every month and I even called you after sending the sms that you will debit earlier that should debit on the normal debit as I'm not getting paid early, so you decided to give me return debit order record by debiting my account on the wrong date....I WANT TO KNOW WHO THE HELL GAVE YOU THE RIGHT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 18 AND 19 AFTER I CALLED YOU NONSENSE. Someone send me money you decide to debit on the 19th.
