Where Is My Refund????

This is absolutely the worst company I have worked with. I should've known from the time the over the top promises that started with Lwazi Zulu one of their sales consultants. He mislead not only me but my friend aswell about the returns and the benefits of the Policy. I took up the policy with the information I was being given. After consulting with a friend who works with insurance, he told me that I have probably been mislsead. I then decided to cancel the policy before they debited me. That seemed to be a success but when month end came they still took money out of my bank account without my authority. I had to write up a refund letter and I submitted everything that was needed from me. Their refunds take "5 working days" but now I have waited well over that time (7 working days) despite me calling multiple times before the 5 days lapsed. I have called today and they are saying I will get my money withing 2 working days. Sad thing is on the day I was supposed to be paid they gave me the same talk. Still no money in my account.

I am struggling financially and this is the last thing I needed. Thank you for messing up my life whilst you make a return on the money you stole from me.
