Always contact the office even though the broker gives you a personal contact number. You will get a better response. 4. Very important, find out what kind of plan it is. A Matrix plan or whatever. You might not get your premiums back if you choose to cancel. So ask ask ask! Chances are it wont be mentioned to you before hand to get your million dollar signature. 5. Complaints page on their website does not have follow ups, so Hellopeter, your lawyers or an ombudsman are your only options.

Upside At least the call center agents are friendly and helpful. So that gets a star.
