What is customer service?

Customer service is clearly not a priority.

After being told I would be contacted within 48 hours concerning my request, I have now waited more than 2 weeks. I have sent follow up emails, tried the WhatsApp and even waited on the line until my minutes were done ... and still have not received any feedback or communication from Sanlam.
