What is an Endowment Policy?
<p>My mom has an endowment policy for over 20 years which is maturing in December 2016. To her surprise, when she asked about what she needs to do for the payout, she was told she''ll have to wait till she dies! Why is there a maturity date? She has survived it, so why is she not entitled to the funds? Then the brokers in Somerset East are refusing to help, clearly there is no incentive for them. What type of reps do you employ?</p>
