What bad services provide, shame on you Sanlam...

The service provided has proven to be highly inefficient. Communication attempts via email and phone calls have gone unanswered. Conversely, when a payment is missed, the company is quick to initiate contact. However, in times of need, their responsiveness is alarmingly absent. I invested in the TFS plan last year to facilitate my son’s matriculation ball, yet it has regrettably resulted in a dead end, with no support available. This is so sad.....
