WHAT A NIGHTMARE
I had two personal loans with Sanlam which I paid off on 6 February 2019. I has harrassed, threatened and handed over to some attorneys for not paying. Despite proof that the account was paid up. Every month I receive a statement claiming that I owe them money last one dated August 2019 apparently I owe them within the region of 56k or so.I've just tried to apply for finance and guess what "Sanlam" is coming up as me not paying them . What do I need to do to get this HORRIBLE COMPANY to clear my name. I was provided with a confirmation later but still nothing seems to be working.
