Weak customer service

From my last complaint I have received no help at all what they do is send you meaningless emails instead of assisting you with your problems I still believe thar the worst service is given to black south Africans I have requested for them to send me a cancelation form so I able to move on to some who will take me seriously I will canceling all products I have with them because if I'm having problems with to invest what kind of problems will I get when I retire and need my investments
