we want to bury our Grandmother

<p>Good day</p> <p>I trust that you are well.</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Kolekile. I am writing on behalf of my Grandmother Nobomi Sineli who is deceased. My Grandmother had a burial society called Sunrise Burial Society that covered her for R 18,000.00 when she passes away.</p> <p> </p> <p>She passed away last week, on the 18th May 2017. Her husband went to go claim from Sunrise Burial society on Friday the 19th May 2017. The representative that he dealt with ( Peter Jack) told him that the claim process takes 48 hours to be paid out to the member. Since Monday we were trying to get a hold of him regarding the pay-out because the funeral will be tomorrow (27/05/2017). He kept on promising that he will get back to the family because the claim is still in process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday evening we tried to contact him again, because there was still no contact from him. He eventually came. On his arrival he said that Safrican had paid the member R 8,000.00 instead of R 18,000.00 that was supposed to have been paid to the deceased. However they, as the burial society are investigating what happened with regards to the claim. The R 8,000.00 is still not paid to my Grandfather till today. Yesterday he ended up running away from us with no full details of how and when the money will be paid to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I plea with Safrican to please put us as the family at ease. As to what is happening here? Because this guy(Peter Jack) is not putting us at ease. All we want is to burry our Grandmother with dignity tomorrow . I have managed to get some claim details from the pages that he had, which is how I got your details.
