We made a claim on Tuesday the 22nd we made three funeral claims and one life policy claim they told us that the claim will pay out after 24 to 48 hours. it’s been over a week since we made the claim today we went back to Assupol to ask about why the policies haven’t paid out and we were told that they apologise and their rectifying it they didn’t tell us the reason why it didn’t pay out so then after saying that they told us it should take two hours for it to reflect in the account it’s been over two hours it’s we went at 11 o’clock in the morning and now it’s 18:40 and they still haven’t paid anything into the account
