We have been clients of Sanlam for over 20 years and received news in September that our one policy has reached its age and is paying out. First off we are only aloud a certain amount and have to reinvest the rest. We were informed that the amount will be paid into our account middel October and the beginning of November and then middle November and just received news they apparently had a payment error for weeks on their side and we will only now receive payment maybe end of November. We will never take out a product with sanlam ever again and will discourage anybody to think twice before engaging in a sanlam product. You are actually now *****ing over 2 months interest. Shame on you sanlam. *****ing from your clients!
