WAY PAST ADVERTISING DATES

Hi <br> <br> I would like to tell everyone about my ordeal with SANLAM<br> <br> My father had a retirement annuity with Sanlam. Which a claim has now been submitted for.<br> <br> This annuity has been running for over 30 years and needs to payout to us as the beneficiaries. However they are in a process of running all kinds of checks and verification to see if we are worthy of the payout.<br> <br> I mean its a simple thing.. the policy pays out to the beneficiaries listed in the last will of my father. Not conduct all kinds of calculations based on what I can afford.<br> Very very unhappy <br> <br> And to top it all.. its been taking 6 months to sort this out.. no where close to the turn around time advertised by them<br> <br> <br> Regards<br> JACO
