Was not assisted

Sanlam called me 1 time after I have asked of their turn around time, now the claim I've been assisted, no that's not the Truth, the is a different between getting a call and asked few questions and being assisted, I stand to be corrected, I feel like Sanlam is justifying what is doing to me , The call was to make me understand why the keep on taking my money without my permission, the claim the money or the debt after the arrangement something else come and it increased, the never spoken to me about any changes nether from me of anything, the choose to speak through my bank account, now that i have complan, the want to justify the reason that gives them a right to take my money, how I was suppose to know and how am I suppose to believe its True, right now not sure of anything, the still no way forward, just one call that left me in shock, Stanley you are treating me unprofessional for a big company like you to act like ****mers an very disappointed
