Want sanlam sky pay back my money, stop deleting and send me my paid up later coz I don't owe them

I worked for sanlam sky for two years, then I left, after I went away the claim I owe them because of the policies I have submitted the end up being cancelled and the have paid me so I needed to pay them back, the call me via their lawyers to inform of the debt amount not sure of and how true is that, never the less we made the arrangement to pay , I have met all my promises I have fully paid the money the have claimed I owe them, but till these day the still deducting From my account, despite deferred call I have made asking them to stop and to refund me to the extra money that the took, but still the have not, i ask for paid up later the keep on promising bt never deliver instead the continued deduct money , even my Bank can not stop them, i don't know what to do anymore accept calling them and never taken seriously
