Waiting seven years for a claim
I want to lay a complaint about assupol. I have been trying to claim money for more than 7 years now, everytime they have excuses regarding the files that they need, I have sent the files they wanted more than a few times already and every time they need the same thing I have already sent. And the last couple of months I have sent numerous emails on how it is going regarding the claim, without any replies what so ever. Please people never use assupol ever. And to this day I am still struggling with them.

The policy you are claiming on is a retirement annuity, subject to certain legislation that Assupol has to adhere to before payment can be made to all the dependents of the deceased. This complex process may have added to the delayed finalisation of the claim.
