Waiting for my Cashback from Assupol

I received an sms from Assupol stating that I am due for my Cashback, I went to Assupol offices to fill my Cashback form on the 1st of November. By now I was suppose to have received my cashback money but still no money, I called earlier today to find out what is the hold up and I was told it was the machine error and it will be fixed but still at this hour nothing.
