Waiting for forever to be assisted

I left a call back MSG online requesting a funeral cover with Sanlam in April the lady called then she said she will convey my details to the consultant who will help, but nobody called.Then last week Wednesday I sent a call back MSG online someone called she said she will convey my details to a consultant who will help, I told her its the second time I'm requesting help I've been waiting too long she said its gonna be 48 hours and I've been waiting for more than 48hours . I would like to get a cover before its too late.Please Sanlam be reliable
