Wait tot Piet koms Sanlam pensions?

On the 22 Nov z2022 I sent a confirmation letter to Sanlam pensions from my son's institution. And in the 12 Dec 2022 I made a follow up. I was told that the only consider a certain kind of letter. Which I had to contact the school. Then the letter was sent to me and I immediately send it to Sanlam as requested. I phone them immediately to find out if they received the email. It was received and I was told by Anthea Jacobs that the authorities will be back on the 16/01/2023 they are still on leave. How on earth they'll come back on that date? The schools opened way before that. Are they saying our children's education doesn't matter. I'm disappointed because she keeps on requesting more documents from me. Which I did send to her email. She sent me letter of upliftment. Till today my son's school fund's aren't paid. They must take a look attached documents. Their funds don't even cover my son's monthly expenses. I pay the medical aid and on top o that I deposit close to R3000 for food and toiletries. And all is to wait like bidders and hawks to take out our kids out of the system. I can't believe such a big company can be part of such valtures and cruel to our children's future. What must one do because the are open already? Must we wait to Piet koms? So disgusting indeed, my son deserve the best which is the right to education. It doesn't matter how long he is going to study. I will stand by him as a single mother. He is the one who is going to put stop not me or Sanlam. And Anthea Jacobs please stop making excuses about the letter I sent before you got the requested documents with you . Do the right thing!!!!
