very very disgusted with the service

Hi I am so disgusted with Sanlam you can send a email to people that work there and they do not answer your email back,

I can not believe that people are so rude not to answer emails when you are trying to find out something.

I have sent a email to Naren at Sanlam and she refuses to answer my emails.
