Very poor service and no response

Good day

The worst service ever when you need to sort out a query. Can't get hold of sanlam we have send numerous emails no response to any e-mails.

When you phone for a loan 20 people contact you in a matter of seconds and you can get hold of them.

If not mistaken its the client that pays the customer Services employees salaries monthly. I have asked to let a manager phone me no response at all but the keep sending me a message i am welcome to take out a loan.

My deduction date is scheduled incorrectly have asked numerous times to change nothing changes. They will take take your last cents when they are in the wrong and tell you sorry we can't do anything for you.

Reality is be very careful when using Sanlam or taking alone their client service is non existent.
