Very helpful & keeps her primises

Thank you to Faikah Khan from Sanlam for trying to assist me twice already when her colleagues could / would not. She is the only one that kept her promises to send me documents or feedback and I really appreciate her efforts to try and assist me with whatever information was available on their systems.
