Very Dissapointed

Good morning, I app**** for the 2 pot withdrawal on the 3th September 2024. The system indicated that the claim will be paid within 10 working days. I received notification on the same day informing me about the application status and process.

To date i haven't received any feedback and/or communication. I called and still on a call trying to get through but nothing.
