Very disappointed

I called Sanlam yesterday requesting for termination forms for my investment, I was promised I will get the forms but I still haven't received anything. I called again in the morning I was told the same thing, but nothing came through.<br> <br> after an hour I spoke to Thandokazi who confirmed several times that she sent the documents, when I told her I will hold until I get the documents she emphasised that she sent the documents. Its an hour later and I still have not received the forms.<br> <br> Do I need to jump off the roof to get what I requested or is there a specific department I need to go through to get what I want? I'm really annoyed right now and this is one of the reasons I'm terminating my investment because I don't get any joy from Sanlam.
