Very bad service

<div>Good day I would like to share my unhappy services from Sanlam trust on the 3 may I notified them the a trust fund member of them ....ref no.***1 was down with dental issues....I didn't get any communication from them until I've foned them again on the 16 may then they told me to take the minor to doc Wich I did ....the Docter discoverd that the teeth have affected his tonsels and a tumy bug ....I've scanned that info in to them this morning after 8 I found to hear they told me that the email was received as the minor is not in school but in bed ....won't be able to ritgh June exams ...they refuse to communicate....the child is now in bed waiting on them to get medical assistants ....pls parents be aware of investment in them ur love ones will suffer and left to die ....when u gone ....</div>
