Very bad service

<p>After 12 years of having my policy with channel life, it is time for me to claim. Unfortunately this is not an easy process. After numerous calls,I was promised to have my funds paid out on the 5th, 3 days have passed and no show. When following up, I'm told that the payment clerk had to go home early, therefore I have to wait. In the meantime I have to find other means to survive. Very poor!!!</p>
