Very bad service!

What is the use of taking Sanlam loan when it is not reported to relevant institutions. I have paid the monthly instalments including an extra amount to circumvent the risk of falling behind on instalments payments. But still I contact TransUnion and Experian only to find out that Sanlam has not yet reported my payment behaviour for October. It’s is not the first time I had to resort to hello Peter for this to be resolved. It is now the second time. It’s either they do it intentionally or the just don’t care about their clients credit health.
