Very bad service

Sanlam is now trying to find every way possible to delay my claim. What I don't understand is if my employment verification was needed why wasn't it done initially when taking out the policy. Why at a claim stage it is given as an excuse? After sending them all documents that were given to me by the hospital they still contact me everyday requesting new documents. Now they requesting physicians report I don't understand how to get that to them when I went to a government hospital and the hospital itself has given me everything to send to them. Is there anyone that can help me further in trying to sort this matter out.
