Very Bad Customer SERVICE
What a BAD Customer SERVICE I reserved from a lady from Sanlam Personal loans, her name is Chwayita. I app**** for a loan and she promised to get back to me but she didn't. This happened 3 times and she even failed to give me the correct amount for the terms I requested. Sometimes i was put on hold for more than 10 minutes.
