Utter lack of customer support

I app**** for withdrawal of my umbrella provident on the 19'th of August. The umbrella fund brochure says withdrawals take 4-5 working days. I have been trying to contact them and each time I get a differrent story. From you have to wait another 6 weeks to it will be paid out this week with no definite confirmation. No response to emails and after waiting for 6 hours on the phone I was cut off.
