Useless WhatsApp service
I've been contacting Sanlam through WhatsApp since most businesses are making it a convenient to be in contact with for any assistance. Now it is totally frustrating me that I cannot get through to any agent to speak to, I can't even call as I'm not in South Africa at the moment. They should just stop this service of WhatsApp as no agent is available, it been 3 days now and I'm livid.
