useless service for my provident fund claim

the worst service ever from *********** bunch of lazy people who only wait for a salary , the entire company is useless and do not care of the value of service they render, i worked at Santam only for a month after realizing that they are just a useless company, i have claimed for my provident which i had transferred to them from my previous employer.it is almost 2 months still nothing , whenever you call them they say they have only received the docs yesterday, which is not true i have emails of the entire claims process. i am so disappointed even worse it is not their money but my money .
