Useless service

I spoke to Aziz Banda whom told me money I would get as a cash back. Then out of nowhere all figures were dropped. I spoke to lady by the name of Julia whom said she was the Manger on 15th December 2021, she said she wouldget back to me but only called this year in January, I told her the story, their after she listened to the call and established that I was being cheated off my cash she said she would follow up and give me feedback, and 3 months later she hasn't and here I am doing follow up and trying to find answers on my own. Julia listened to the call and also established that I was told a greater amount by Aziz Banda and I had made plans around the amount I was promised as money due to me.

Then on the 17th of December 2021 I spoke to Kgalalelo Seleke whom also promised to listen to the call and come back to me but also did not take accountability.

An answer to what happened to me during a phone call with Aziz Banda in November 2021 is what I'm expecting.

You cannot expect me to remember something I was given on the 29th of October 2018, I called Sanlam in November 2021 and spoke to a service representative whom is up to date on your products, and told me a greater amount then what I received.
