Useless admin process

Sanlam has pension fund withdrawal forms that they don't read, they go according to what the employer says. I completed such a form and nominated a certain bank account, they ignored this form and did their own thing with the employer which resulted in my money bouncing. I now have to go through another separate process to fix their F up with the employer. That time no one wants to accepts responsibility. I feel sorry for anyone that still has a pending withdrawal. All they're good at is shifting blame because they could have accelerated fixing this issue instead of feigning innocence.
